Q: What is a Personal Trainer?
A: A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals, providing feedback and accountability to clients. They may also educate their clients in many other aspects of wellness besides exercise, including general health and nutrition guidelines.

As a Personal Trainer I set personalised, individual programmes to suit each individual client. I take into account each clients goals and needs and make each session fun and interesting, whilst pushing them within their own limits.


Personal Training helps with weight loss, toning, increasing muscular strength and endurance, flexibility, co-ordination, balance and more.

I am a mobile PT and therefore can bring all my equipment with me to your home - meaning you don't need to leave the comfort of your four walls! Alternatively, we can meet in a local gym I use, or a park - wherever is convenient for you.

My Sessions:

1:1 sessions (30 minutes, 45 minutes, 60 minutes)
30 minute Home 1:1 Boxercise sessions
30 minute Home Kettlebell Blast
